    We are planning a 3-4 hour hike suitable for children too. Our aim is Buck Hill, with a 360 degree view if weather permits.

    Meeting: 10 a.m. Houghton's Pond parking, under the map.

    Drivers
  • From Boston, take I-93 South
  • Take exit 3 (Ponkapoag Trail)
  • Turn right at end of ramp
  • Turn right at the stop sign on Hillside Street
  • Parking lot is about 0.2 miles on the right

    Pedestrians
  • Be at the passanger drop off area of the Quincy Adams station of the red line at 10:30. Let us know that you are coming and please be on time.

    NOTE: We will have changed the clocks by then so the 10:00 am meeting is not as cruel as you would think.

    bring: good shoes, rain gear, water, food, warm clothing.
